Our founder, Mindy Raf, is a published author and critically acclaimed storyteller with over 15 years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, creative consulting, and live event production. Joining forces with partner Antonia Predovan, MBR Creative now brings a decade’s worth of branding, marketing, and brand licensing to the team.

Most recently, MBR Creative conceptualized and produced immersive, artistic, and engaging events for the HER brand establishing them in a hyper-competitive local market and securing them a partnership with NYC Pride. Working as the Creative Director and Producer of NYC Pride’s official women’s Saturday Night event MBR Creative developed unique social media and marketing copy that expanded the event’s audience reach across  gender and sexual orientation spectrums, sold 1200+ tickets, featured 30+ performers across a three level venue, and generated immersive sponsorship activation on site making it one of HER’s most successful events to date.
